everybody is aware of the status of school teachers in bihar. how they have been committing suicided since they haven't been receiving salaries from years now. people have forgotten or atleast trying to forget such incidences.
i overheard a similiar story taking place in punjab, government school teachers going without pay for months.
is this a cumulative effort to eradicate education.
